KPI Dashboard

Monthly KPIs tracking discovery-stage visibility — non-branded impressions, top-10 rankings for cornerstone queries, LUKSO LLM inclusion rate, and citation share.

What this dashboard measures

Traffic alone is the wrong primary metric here. The question is whether LUKSO appears in the developer’s consideration set before they have searched for it — and whether the site’s research and decision guides are part of what gets cited when that happens.

The dashboard tracks nine metrics across three categories.

Search visibility (Search Console + Bing Webmaster)

How this gets updated

The KPI table is hand-edited monthly. The numbers come from:

  • Google Search Console — non-branded impressions, top-10 ranks.
  • Bing Webmaster Tools (AI Performance preview) — cited URLs, grounding queries.
  • The LLM evals repository — inclusion / recommendation / citation / co-occurrence / entity accuracy.
  • Ahrefs / OSS link-graph data — independent referring domains.

If a metric is TBD, it means the baseline measurement has not yet been recorded after launching the new surface area. The first month after launch is intentionally a baseline; meaningful changes are reported from month two onward.

What “good” looks like

This is the first version of the dashboard. Targets will be set after one full quarter of data; until then the table is a structure, not a scoreboard.
